Brava is one of the most popular web viewing technology that available to Documentum World. Brava comes with flexibility that allows user to customize the appearance Brava ActiveX control. This article will discusses how to remove Brava's Publish menu to PDF & CSF.

By default, Brava Publish menu has several options such as: Publish to PDF, CSF, TIFF, DXF.

Sometimes not all of the options are being used by User.

For example I want to remove the two options: Publish to PDF and CSF:

How to remove it:

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\IGC\Brava!\Brava! Server or similar directory and open the client_precedence.properties file.

2. Uncomment the below params and change the value to "False".

EnablePdfPublish=FALSE
EnableCSFPublish=FALSE

3. Once the changes have been made, please save the file and restart the app server.

4. The option to publish pdf and csf will be removed the publish menu.
