Question: When try to open Documentum Administrator, I got a popup says "Request to Docbroker Failed. An error has occurred. [DFC_DOCBROKER_REQUEST_FAILED] Request to Docbroker "192.168.0.99:1489" failed Answer: - Make sure your Content Server (where Docbroker is running) IP was correct.
- Try to ping your Content Server to make sure your server is up.
- Try to telnet port 1489 on your Content Server toe make sure your Docbroker is running.
- If neccessary, to change the following lines on your
DFC.properties to correct value:
dfc.docbroker.host[0]=192.168.0.99 dfc.docbroker.port[0]=1489
